Not even Bitara employees have free access to the Users’ database, which is limited to those whose functions require contact with personal data. Password confidentiality

Credit cards

No liability

Despite Bitara’s best efforts, the current state of technology does not allow for the creation of a database that is absolutely secure against attacks. Therefore, Bitara is exempt from any liability for damages eventually caused by third parties, including invasions of the Website or database, viruses or information leaks, unless Bitara’s exclusive fault is proven.
